Useless LTE service

<p>So as the title says...my LTE is useless and so is the service im getting. Got this package in 2015. Super happy with it. Speeds were amazing. I even went as far as to upgrade the package because i was so happy. Then from March 2016 the LTE got worse and worse and worse. Its now at the point that at night i cant even use the internet between 18:00 - 00:00. I have logged call after call after call. No one seems to care to fix it. In fact my calls even just get closed saying its fixed and no one has even called me back.</p> <p> </p> <p>The service is poor, the product is totally against what they advertise. im paying for something that i cant use basically. </p> <p> </p>
