Useless LTE and useless Telkom

<p>I have had a fault open with telkom as I am getting either no Internet or speeds of under 2mbps on my LTE package, the fault has been open since 11 August and still no solution. All they do is send useless technicians who installed the antenna too low and a useless network technician who stated the same facts as the previous technician. 2 specific consultants keep reading my emails but never responded namely Darryl Sylvester and Samantha Pearce. I am paying regularly and doing my part but telkom cannot even respect me enough with a response or even a solution. I am not receiving the service that I am contracted too yet I'm paying the fees, this is exploitation and I need the problem solved or my contract canceled and my money refunded. </p>
