Useless LTE

A month will never go by o without my Telkom Lte router giving me problems. It literally takes food out of my mouth all the time. The night owl is a joke even because the network just shuts down while busy at night and I always get the error that I'm out of bundles. You find yourself buying data with money you don't have and then after a couple of hours it comes back, having waisted your night trying to log back on and when you call, they will tell you to reboot or reset as if one has not tried that before. What makes it worse is when you ask what the problem is, the consultant will only tell you that they will escalate to the relevant department. I'm really at a loss of words for Telkom as it has been in the Field for as long as I can remember.

I am over flowing with disappointment with this network provider.
