Useless Live Chat Service

What is the problem with your live chat? I've been battling to get assistance since last week as you take long to assign an agent and as soon as I am assigned one I get disconnected - getting re-connected is another mission either. I cannot sit watching the screen all the time to see if I'm getting any assistance or not :-(. I need an Itemized Billing for the data line
