Useless Limited @ 128kbps "Unlimited" LTE

<p>Dear Telkom,</p> <p>I finaly got to migrate from the 50GB LTE to a Unlimited package after back and forth from online telkom to a telkom shop 4 times.</p> <p>I originaly wanted to migrate to the SmartBroadband LTE Unlimited. The one that does not throttle Youtube, real time online gaming and gaming downloads.</p> <p>I discovered that I was on the SmartInternet Unlimited and now I am stuck on a 128kbps line that is useless for youtube, or online gaming. Online gaming requires a speed of 2.5mbps or faster in todays live.</p> <p> </p> <p>What really makes me upset is the difference is the Better SmartBroadband LTE Unlimited is cheaper at R599 and I'm on the SmartInternet Unlimited at R899......</p> <p> </p> <p>Please Put me on the Correct Unlimited LTE... That is all I want, and Yes I do fall in the coverage for the R599 packadge....</p> <p> </p> <p>Johan, ... again</p>
