Useless isn't even the word!!!!

Telkom doesn't even deserve a star! I lost my job in January, I have been paying my account each & every month without fail, when I changed my bank account & gave it to them, telkom didn't take their money on time so I've been paying them via Eft, last month they block my account according to them my account was in arrears because they didn't receive my payment via debit order, I paid the extra 200 & something rand, it took them forever to reactive my accounts again, then I asked them to change the banking details to my wife accounts, which they told me they did but they didn't, then this month again they blocked my accounts stating its in a arrears for the same bullsh#t thing again, their services are the worst from all networks available, I can't wait for my contract to finish up I will NEVER do business with them again. Can I please get some assistance to my issues because this is a lot of nonsense now I am tired of this BS
