Useless, ***********, unhelpful technicians!

3 weeks without a phone line and internet services!!! We depend heavily on these services because it is our main form of communication with our employer. We missed out information about important meetings. The guy who came initially was very lazy to check the cables and simply said it's an underground problem and went away without doing anything about it. Several complaints later and several weeks later, another technician came and sorted it out in a short time. Telkom doesn't acknowledge our complaints or act on it. Very frustrating! And to top it all, they haven't refunded us for the 3 weeks rental that the phones were not in use!
