Useless, ***********, pathetic Telkom

<p>in 2016 November I took my laptop to telkom for repairs which was supposed to be carried out in a week or 2. Laptop never went to repairs and month after month I kept doing follow up with case numbers with no help.In Feb 2017 I decided to cancel the contract as I was paying for a device which they decided to keep at the store, this does not correspond with the contract I signed. The deal was I get device and I pay on a monthly basis for 24 months, there is no agreement of me paying 4 months for a device sitting at a Telkom store. I cancelled contract and today I receive an invoice of R4900 as a cancellation penalty. I will not be making any payment towards this, I want telkom to start by giving me each and every step they took to get my device sorted out before I start demanding them to pay back the monies I paid for nothing. I cancelled because of their pathetic incompetence and they expect me to pay them for being useless? Please be advised that I will NOT PAY ANYTHING!! </p>
