Useless in customer services

<p>We have app**** for an adsl line to be installed and have had 6 technitions come out in the period of 6 months for each of them to tell us that there is an issue with the exchange im sick and tired of being messed around and having my time waisted by Telkom that can not resolve this issue i have had to change my order to a normal land line just to see if the issue can be resolved.</p> <p>the exchange is within 1km from my premisis but yet the issue still resides ,im loosing custormers and money due to this </p> <p>I would not recommend using there services and if they had a competitor i would have no problem in using them</p>
