Useless Idiots.

Well we got a new phone through Telkom. (NEVER GET A CONTRACT WITH TELKOM)

They took no debit orders off at all and then sent messages threatening to block the phone. We went into the Telkom store in Tokai and we were told that there is NO MONEY OWED AT ALL. We were also told that "THE MESSAGES WERE A MISTAKE AND WE MUST IGNORE THEM". Now a month later, they blocked the phone. I went into the shop again and they simply had me take a photo of the screen with a reference number on it and then gave me a F#####G little slip of paper that they wrote bank details on. I was then told to EFT Telkom R2000 and they will unblock the phone.

WHAT THE F##K TELKOM!?

End of the story, these details didn't work and it was even more difficult that WE CAN'T EVEN PAY IN THE F#####g SHOP. They don't accept cash or card payments?

Definitely 3rd World Country this.

Can someone from Telkom come with a result or just take the F#####G phone back, cancel the contract and we will go with Cellc or Vodacom and pay their higher rates for data.
