USELESS IDIOTS
Simply put - the worst telecoms provider in South Africa. ***** committed on my Mobile account and it took 4 months to eventually sort out. Requested a move of my landline as I am relocating - the person dealing with the request obviously has difficulty reading numbers, because they moved it to the wrong address allegedly. Got a call from them yesterday informing me that request has not being logged. Useless idiots!

08 Jul 2018, 06:29Yeah right! I’m not holding my breathe for anything to happen. Currently telkom on strike so there ain’t going to be help anytime soon. Also escalations is just a fancy word for - we ain’t doing nothing about it. Have been down this route before with telkom.
