USELESS HORRIBLE TELKOM
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience trying to cancel my mother in law's landline. Have tried to cancel for 6 months now and still Telkom collects money via a debit order EVERY MONTH!!! The line has been cancelled months ago but telkom still takes money!!! VERY VERY UNHAPPY VIR TELKOM

21 Jun 2023, 11:44Telkom still of no assistance to cancel the service. We have a reference number for the cancellation but they still claim they have no knowledge. How can a phone line be cut in April but the debit order keeps going off? *****ing money! VERY VERY UNHAPPY WITH TELKOM
