Useless Frustrating Telkom!!!

I totally give up Telkom!!! 2 weeks of trying to move my adsl line to a holding pool so that my new ISP takes over......but you just can't help me with that simple thing!!! Are you that desperate to keep clients that you feel you should trap them and not give them a way out? ???? You can't tell me that noone at Telkom knows how to do this and they find the need to direct clients through every department to try and figure this out....

Qn to the public: How many Telkom departments does it take to do something so simple???
