Useless for business

Hi All

A contract was renewed in 2018 and now its 2020 they claim it's not yet time to cancel the contract I have no idea how they counting the period of the contract renewal date was the 30.09.2018 it's over 24 months they saying it's not clearly shows they can't count and they not fit for business
