USELESS FIBRE SERVICE PROVIDER

I am appalled by the service they provide at Telkom, firstly i apply for fibre, no urgency in 2024 to provide it. They promise me delivery last week Friday, little did i know the person helping was lying. On Friday i call, she says sir we take 3 days to run credit check, so we moved from delivery to running credit check. The consultant avoids my calls, spoke to her boss and he gave her phone promises to get back to me in an hour. Nothing no one came back to me. In simple useless as ever. i have spent 8 full days no internet today she says you must make deposit which will take another 3 days to reflect in our account then you will get router another 2 to three days. We in 2024 not 1988 can never accept such mediocracy in my life. USELESS to say the least. Do not value our time do not value us at all.
