USELESS FIBRE

I have to be honest and say that you guys(telkom) have the worst fibre and support. I have called to fix my internet connection about 30 times in the past 3 months!!!!! Now my wifi again is down for the 30th time!!! This is totally ridiculous and I do not know why I have 4-5 different packages with you guys(telkom)
