Useless

I haven't had a telkom account in the 3 years. I closed the account 3 years ago, however i keep getting billed. I dont even live in the same city anymore. It doesnt matter if you go into any of their shops or call their call centres. It doesnt matter how many times you close the account people are still getti g bulled or handed over. This is incompetence at its best. Wake up. This affects my credit rating negatively. Which in terms means that eventually not just me but also my family will be affected by stupid people and systems dont dont ****ing work.
