How is Telkom a successful listed company?

1. The Telkom walk-in shop (Cresta) has disabled their phones, which forces the public to walk in. But when you walk in, chances are the system is down.

2. Internet access is confusing. For some services there is a sign-in, but there is also a registration requirement for other services; there is a consequent mishmash of various usernames and emails names, with various passwords; impossible. I have tried every combination of user-names and current passwords to a particular site: no access.

3. Then to call 10210. That's always fun.

4. Weird charges were put on my account, which the trained professional consultant could not identify. Some charges were reversed, but I'm not prepared to drive to a walk-in centre for an explanation and be told the system is down, or to find additional charges somehow appearing.

Nice going Telkom, I love to pay for bad service.
