USELESS EFFFING SERVICE!!!!

Telkom keeps ignoring the fault, we have no internet and they have no intention on repairing the fault. i get an email " Ticket *** on service *** has been closed. " when they have not even come out to check the fault. tried to speak to an agent online and after 5 minutes i get ignored. This is the most despicable ISP ever! they are absolutely useless.
