Useless Customer Service - I do not recommend them to anyone!

Useless Customer Service - I do not recommend them to anyone! I am very very peeved at Telkom. I have done an application to them about 1 year & 6 Months ago, They then Rocked up around October of 2017 and wanted to install. I then called the call centre and was advised by them that the account has been process and I must visit our branch in order to cancel. I then cancelled the account. Not 1mb of data was used, I also did not want to use it as It was not the line I wanted. They have now handed me over and damaged my credit record for an account which I never even had. I have had numerous phone calls to the call centre, been to Two Branches and no one was able to assist me. This is probably not going to assist me either
