Useless Customer Service!

Been a telkom customer for many many many years. My account was suspended i went into woolies to make payment as i changed banking details. Was told within 24hrs my account will be unlocked... its been 96 hours... nothing! my account is still locked, i've called in numerous times. consultants are SO unhelpful, team leaders are always unavailable, i probably called more than 10 times, my account is still locked! PATHETIC!
