Useless customer service

I had airtime but says I can’t make calls apparently it’s depleted although I had a positive on my balance. Customer service is extremely poorly they just redirect you to WhatsApp with the useless bot. When I finally managed to get hold on an agent on web chat who also wasn’t helpful and ended up ending the chat. I’m done with this incompetence company I’m changing service providers
