Useless customer service contact details

Please help me understand what the contact details are to get through to telkom, when you use your mobile device they say go to a whatsapp chat and they disconnect, When you call on the landline, they do the same. The whatsapp is computerised and unable to assist with a query or request in my case. The app on the phone is not helpful either. The email address provided to send queries, is 24 delayed and no response or contact made by anyone from Telkom to resolve issues. This is a waste or valuable time and time is money and Telkom wont give me that money back. I need urgent assistance please.
