Useless customer service

Why isn't anyone answering the phone?? The phone rings and rings to no end. Consultants can't assist us in Bloem because of a system upgrade. I want to cancel my data package but I can't because I can't get assistance and every month Telkom deducts money. Mxm I loathe this company.
