USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been without internet connection since last week Monday. I have called Telkom, of course you will get different call centre operators and reference numbers- NO SOLUTION!! I am still without internet, my account is up to date, their debit order went through on Friday the 25th as usual, but I have NO CONNECTIVITY. WHAT A NIGHTMARE AND USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE!
