Useless Customer Service

I have been trying to get a hold of telkom's customer service for the last 3 days and have been on hold for 28 minutes with no answer on each call. I have been over debited and wish to cancel my contract however I cannot do that due to getting no service. This has become time consuming and frustrating!!!!!
