Useless customer service

I have app**** for cancellation of my mobile data since December 2017 and till date Telkom is yet to finalize my application. Each time I complain am asked to send my proof of application, I have resent it to over 5 different consultant still nothing has been done. Telkom customer service is absolutely not working and very disappointing.
