Useless Customer Service

In May 2016, I decided to change my internet provider from Telkom to a different provider, based on a cheaper price. I phoned the Telkom call center, and was told an email to that effect had to be sent, which I did. After not hearing anything from them after 15 days, I phoned and was told it was received and in process. At the end of June, I saw an increase on my monthly account, and I contacted the call center again to querie. I was told that my account was split into 3, no reasonable reason from them. I asked for it to be fixed as it was confusing, as I only received one bill, but had 3 different account and payments made by me, would be split 3 ways. After months and months trying to sort it out in September, I spoke to a supervisor, Lerato, and eventually that problem was resolved. I noticed on the bills that I was still being charged for data services, which was cancelled in June. She logged a dispute, and up to today I've yet to hear from Telkom regarding this. I even received a reference number for the dispute. In October I received an sms stating that my account is over R4000! I cancelled all the services except the TelkomMIX it, which is on contract and paid by debit order monthly. I spoke to Lerato and was told that she can only log the dispute and a person from that department would be contacting me. This has not happened. Then in November I see that the R400 debit order was not taken, and I spoke to Lerato to find out why. She said that someone from the Telkom Mobile department would be in contact. I have had absolutely NO FEEDBACK from any department or person regarding my account. I don't know what else to do, as I've lodged a complaint on the Telkom website, which I had no response from. I don't have a Telkom office close to me, the closest one is an hour's drive, and they don't answer their telephones at this shop. I am of the opinion that Telkom has plenty of business and satisfied customers, and not in need of my business. I really hope that this can be sorted before I get handed over for non payment, but I can't pay if I don't know how much is actually due, how much was paid, and how much is in credit?
