Useless Customer Service

I've reported ***** on my account, firstly it was done lodged incorrectly then I had to re lodge the case after a month of calling them with no feedback from them. second time around it was logged properly that was 28 July 2020, To date a have'nt recieved any feedback from them. everytime I call I'm told the matter will be escalated and feedback given within 24hrs, I've been calling them more than 8 times already not a single feedback from them.

I refused to pay for the ********** account so the suspended the ligitimate line.

USELESS LOT I tell you.
