Useless customer service

Getting a hold of Telkom when you need assistance is a nightmare!!! No one answers the phone at store level or at the call centre! Been trying for some time now. Unbelievable! Yet when they need sales they won't stop contacting me. They've downgraded my package without my consent and now I am unable to get a hold of them
