Useless customer care service

Ever since lockdown started these Telkom customer service agents are useless... The are absolutely no help. After phoning and going into a branch my account is still suspended after 48 hours. They keep saying anything from 24 to 48 hours but what happens now that the 48 hours has passed? They care more about what is going on around them at home and just say what ever gets rid of the client on the phone. Every time I phone I can hear children screaming or a baby crying or people talking loud in the background and it is very unprofessional for them to help customers like that. You guys are useless.
