USELESS contact Center

I ordered a LTE package. The pricing is R1049. When I ordered I was told that I will be receiving an Android Media Box as well as this was the promotion on the Telkom Website. I have received my Router and SIM and everything there is working correctly. However I have not received my TV BOX. Then I phoned the 10213 number to follow up on this. After holder for exactly 1 HOUR AND 17 MINUTES. Some thing answered and transfered me a department that is not even relevant. So again I am on the USELESS PATHETIC TELKOM BAND WAGON. I WANT MY ANDROID BOX ASAP. OR I WILL CANCEL FOR CONTRACT BREAKING. REF: ********** 3001
