Useless consults and service

Telkom should just close down as they have no consults who can help you.. It's like they are robots repeating the same thing. Don't offer an alternative or even try to help.. I have been sent to collections when it's not even my fault now my account is on hold and I can't upgrade. They can't even contact collections to sort it out. Yet my bank account was debit.. It ridiculous when they cant help u they disconnect the call or the chat.
