Useless consultants at Telkom

Dont even want to give them a star, 2 weeks and 25 consultants later, and i still don't have my wifi sorted out, can't cancel the contract because i will end up with another problem... Jesus!!! i have never come across a bunch *********** stupid people in my life. But i continue to pay for a service i cannot use. I usually dont beg but can someone please help me?
