Useless Consultants and No Feedback

I have recently app**** for a Telkom mobile contract .the option on the websites gives me the option to order online and to call me back , I have done both options. up until to date no one has contacted me . I took the liberty of contacting 081180 , this does not give an option for sales, I eventually get through and a lady answers , says she cannot help me, then gives me 2 numbers *** and ***. so she transfers me, a lady answers the call and says shes from sales, she insists she cannot help me process my order, and ive come through to Telkom mobile, I tell her, yes i am applying for a mobile contract ... she still insists she cannot help me and i must call 081180. again, i tell her i have called that number and they put me through to her. i cut the call. I then dialed the 021 and that rang continuously ... I then called the 086 number, one of the options was to follow up on an order.I chose that option, i was transferred , the lady then tells me she cannot help me , she takes my I.D number and says there is no order for me. <br> <br> What ******** is this Telkom, you are supposed to make people happy. FYI still no call and no follow up for the contract that I would like
