Useless consultants amd network

My line has being cut without reasons for 3 days now ... i have talked to thandeka and thabang and both promise me that my line will be restored with 5-24 hours but still today still off. Thandeka was very rude and she even droped the call while i was still taking and before that i asked to speak to skmeone senior to her and she said she doesnt have any senior she works alone
