USELESS COMPANY WITH WORST INFRASTRUCTURE IN EXISTENCE

Do I have to give them one star? Can I not give them -1000. The most useless, company, PLEASE DO NOT GET A WIFI ROUTER FROM THEM. IT SWITCHES OFF AFTER 4 HOURS, IF YOU WERE LUCKY TO GET SIGNAL!!!. The agents are rude, unwilling to help and useless. I got the device for my mother that stays in another town WHERE THERE IS NO TELKOM OFFICE!!!, Should have known, they can not check the router, they can not replace the router, I can not use the sim in a Vodacom router, all I can do is cancel and then I have to pay the price for their useless hardware and software. But I suppose they actually do not care as NOBODY FROM TELKOM RESPONDS TO ANY OF THE HOW MANY BAD REVIEWS ON HERE.
