USELESS COMPANY THAT ***** FROM CUSTOMERS

<p>I have never in my life dealt with Company is so useless and left hand doesn't know what the right hand does. I have logged a complaint against Telkom about them falsely taking money out of my account after cable was ****** and Busi supply me with a Reference number of AI ********** and said someone will call me back to resolve within 5 working days. After that my wife complains about the cancellation that never happens and they give her reference number of AI ********** again Busi. Ten (10) working days pass and nobody phones me or my wife to finish is complaints. I decide to call Telkom Call Centre and speak to Juanita just to inform me that there is no Action Item (AI) number next to my account. Remember Telkom can ***** money and not cancel your line and never come back to you or action anything. IF YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH A COMPANY THAT PROMISE THE WORLD AND DELIVER FALSE ACCUSASION PLEASE SIGN UP WITH TELKOM. TELKOM NOT THE FUTURE BUT WORST IN THE WORLD, THAT WHAT THERE ADD NEEDS TO SAY</p> <p> </p>
