Useless ****** company. Impossible to cancel contract. *****ing from customers.

I submitted my cancellation form in the 10th of January 2018. After about 5 conversations with the "brilliantly intelligent" employees and with a 45 min waiting time still nothing. Noting on the system showing that I did cancel my contract.... I cannot believe that we STILL have to deal with this type of incompetency in 2018!

They are deliberately doing this to ***** our money!
