Useless Company

The worst service i have ever received. My telkom accounts have been suspended even though I am not in arrears. 72 hours later im still BLOCKED. not a single call from a manager, supervisor or team leader. Apparently they all work from home. I have been told 40 different stories yet no one can tell me why my account is suspended. My payment is reflecting. OH AND THE CALL CENTRE AGENT HAD THE GUTS TO TELL ME TO GO TO AN INTERNET CAFE. Another agent nicely put the phone down in my ear. Not a single person knows what's going on there. What an absolute disgrace.
