USELESS Company

Dear Telkom,

Telkom is a USELESS company with Bad service. I regret referring my friends and my family to this USELESS Company. TELKOM *****LENTLY debted my account. I Phoned them more then five times to complain.

I had that the company is broke and not doing well financially. If you want to raise money ask for DONATIONS I will contribute as well freely. Why take my money without my permission now?.

I will advice any SOUTH AFRICAN not to buy anything from TELKOM. (VERY DENGOURIOUS COMPANY). They provide VERY BAD servcie and they will **********ly debted your account without your authorisation.

I want to CANCEL my contract and TELKOM is telling me to go ONLINE. (If TELKOM can finalise the deal or contract via telephonically or Branch, why cant they CANCEL my contract telephonically or at the branch? becuase they want to continue looting my BANK Account).

I have spoken with more then 5 agent and no Team Leader wants to talk to me. If I request one I will wait for more than 2 hours on the line and after waiting the call will be cancel. WHAT A USELESS COMPANY.

All I am askin for, Please CANCEL my contract. You don't need to bring that money BACK. I am hoping it will increase your REVENUE.

I will be telling all my friends and my family about your bad service. I hope they will stop buying anything from your USELESS company!!!
