Useless company

<p>Our internet has been down since 16 January now. My Vodacom bill is over R4000 because I have to buy extra data due to our WiFi being down because of TELKOM. Also I need to keep on paying Mweb even though our line is down. Telkom even sent an SMS asking me to rate their service but THEY DID NOT EVEN FIX ANYTHING. I am going to The Ombutsman with this. Telkom does not even offer to give us data or some rebate to make up for the down time. I want a rebate for my HUGE Vodacom account and Mweb account because it is all Telkom's fault. AND EVEN AS I AM TYPING NOW OUR INTERNET STILL HAS NOT BEEN FIXED. I am going to cancel my Telkom services because they are utterly useless.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will reccomend that everyone stays away from Telkom because they are absolutely USELESS.</p>
