useless cheating Telkom

Billing I make payments on month end or even before month end and then you charge me late payments!!!!! what the hell. I can't phone you because you have high call volumes due to your *********** staff. I made payment 31/8 for R478.97 then you change me late payment on Sept bill on th 9th, if your system does not work you can't charge clients!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I made payment 31/10 R532 then you change me late payments on Nov bill only allocated the 10th. My credit record is affected by this, you are totally useless! You better fix this. I doubt that you will even read this complaint
