useless call centre/billing dept from telkom

My dearest bestest friend Telkom you have let down once again. Your billing services is up to s**** since they don't have the info, I believe your systems needs to updating. you cancelled my contract in feb since you weren't going to install lines since it was ******. I am still waiting for my refund to be made but now I see if I query you sommer send me the bill for 920 WOW really Give me my money back and send me an updated bill since you cant seem to function via a call centre!!!! Bring back the stores since they seemed to be a bit more use full then your current call centre staff!
