Useless Call Centre Agents

The call centre agents are useless, had to wait for almost 9 minutes to be assisted, even once I got through the agent, she kept putting me on hold for every question that I was asking. The last holding she never even bothered to come back to me after telling her that I'm calling from my cellphone. I think that was one way of getting rid of me. In total, I was on the line for 38 minutes and didn't get any help.Therefore my query is still not resolved.
