USELESS CALL CENTRE AGENTS!!!
So, for the past few days I've been phoning Telkom to find out about there wifi/adsl packages for my home.<br> Every single time I've called, after asking a few questions, the agent becomes abrupt, full of attitude & manages to conveniently drop my calls.<br> I call back & same thing. Is this because of lack of knowledge of your products.??<br> Does Telkom care about the customer? do you not want more business?<br> <br> Can some one please get back to me as I would like to get my lines up & running.!!<br>
