Useless

I am not pleased at ,this is not the first I buy Monica data and it doesn't load and takes all my airtime yet it sends a message of saying the data has been loaded. "Your bundle has been successfully loaded. Dial *188# for balance enquiries. Your Mo'Nice offers are changed regularly, so don't forget to check in. T&C's apply." Please tell me the meaning of that sms if ever you will not load it but use my airtime. Can I please have my airtime back. I dont like Telkom at all anymore
