Useless bunch of people at Telkom

On 9th August I visited the Century City store to apply for a look alike telephone as our cables are ****** every 6 months. I was told it would take 2 weeks if I want to keep my existing landline number. Was told that the store manager would phone me to set up a date to transfer my number to the look alike phone.<br> Nothing happened. I then visited the store again on 30th August to follow up and was told again that the manager would contact me. The manager has still not contacted me and when I phoned 10210 after holding for 45 minutes I was told to go back to the store, <br> Seeing that I visited the store twice with no response, please advise what I am to do now?????
