USELESS BUNCH OF IDIOTS

I made the grave mistake of asking Telkom to get me connected with fibre and after two days they installed the line with Open Serve. It was unstable and kept dropping video calls. After multiple complaints and phone calls. I decided to cancel. So I did. Then after some deliberation, I decided to try give them another shot. WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. They don't know how to reconnect a line and kept trying to install a second box in my house! Now I told them to stop and just cancel but they won't release my fibre line for 30 days. Absolutely, awful company and service! AVOID
