useless bunch of agents who went you ask for answers they will keep quite on the phone, when you request to speak to the manager =they will tell you that the manager is not on the floor and they will send a n email, that will be the end of you hearing for
I app**** for a twin sim account about two weeks and each and every time I am sent from one pillar to post between call center and the store. The store is not communicating with me and each time I took a drive to be told that the order is still pending

It is a useless company that does not deserve our support and as customers we can show it that it will not survive if it continues to ignore its customers who are treated like ake they do no matter
